Payment is accepted via Paypal Invoice.Usual time taken is 1 month if no other deadline is given.
Depending on the scope of the commission (especially with commissions that require a design from scratch or in the case of character sheets) time taken might increase. This will be communicated beforehand.
Communication will be upheld through
WIPs and general updates.

Character reference sheets are always lined cleanly and flat colored, with a simple geometric or gradient background.
The base fullybody price includes either a nude front and back view or one outfit.
Variant outfits will be executed as a seperate sheet, not on the same sheet unless discussed otherwise.

The design fee applies when a character design needs to be created from scratch, like with a concept or description.Background fee only applies to complex backgrounds - simple gradient or geometric background are included in the prices already.
Terms of Service
The goal of these terms is to give some security to both the customer and myself. They will also be copied into the invoice sent.The will and wonts are only guidelines.

The following terms and rules apply to communication and commission basic:
Half of the total is paid upfront after the initial sketch is shown, the other half once the commission is finished. Only after the second installment is paid does the customer receive access to the non-watermarked files through google drive. All Wips sent beforehand will be watermarked.
A full refund is not possible, as payment is taken after the sketch is already done. In case of a cancellation by the customer, the first half of the payment will pay for the work put into the initial sketch and any work done beyond that. In case of a cancellation by the artist, a full or partial refund may be offered.
The customer receives rights to non-commercial replication of the image they receive once the transaction is fully finished.
Further rights for commercial replication can be discussed but are not included outright.
The copyright remains with the artist.
